Continuous Improvement Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive process improvement, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives across HR Services and related business functions. The role will apply Lean Six Sigma and data-driven methodologies to identify performance gaps, improve processes, lead structured improvement programs, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement projects and cross-functional workstreams across HR Services and related functions.
• Partner with Process Owners, operational leaders, and SMEs to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, process management, and analytical techniques to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate process mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, and improvement workshops.
• Analyze operational and process performance data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Design and implement process improvements, standardization, AI/automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs.
• Develop current-state assessments, future-state processes, improvement recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking, and measurement of improvement outcomes.
• Coach stakeholders and project teams on continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving.
• Support transformation initiatives through process diagnostics, stakeholder workshops, pilots, and data-driven improvement approaches.
• Track benefits realization and promote sustainable adoption of improvements.

Mandatory Requirement

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or equivalent practical Continuous Improvement experience demonstrating the same level of capability.

Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate:

• Application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong process improvement expertise
• Experience driving structured improvement programs
• Capability to lead improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Management, Business Transformation, Consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies in complex operational environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Green Belt candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, root cause analysis, value stream analysis, and process performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
