Continuous Improvement Lead

Strategy & Leadership

• Process and implement a company-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with factory, logistics, planning, and engineering leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies across all operations.

Operational Excellence

• Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause investigations to eliminate inefficiencies.
• Standardize best practices across production lines, distribution centers, and fleet operations.
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives.

Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization

• Improve distribution center workflows, inventory management, and fleet utilization.
• Implement digital tools and KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
• Reduce lead times and enhance service reliability.

Factory & Production Line Improvement

• Collaborate with plants manager to optimize production scheduling and reduce downtime.
• Introduce automation and engineering solutions to improve throughput.
• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and implement corrective actions.

Planning Integration

• Align planning and engineering teams with operational improvement projects.
• Support capacity planning and long-term operational strategy.

Culture & Training

• Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and workshops.
• Mentor teams on Lean tools, problem-solving, and performance management.
• Encourage cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or manufacturing excellence
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent command of English Language
