About the Role

As the Associate Director for Business Excellence, you will lead continuous improvement strategies, drive process optimizations, and oversee transactional quality management across clinical and non-clinical healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality metrics, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and oversee Transactional Quality frameworks to ensure compliance and high service delivery standards.
• Conduct root cause analyses, process mapping, and performance audits to eliminate process bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with operational leaders and clinical teams to align business excellence goals with client SLAs.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 8–10 years of experience in process improvement and business excellence.
• Proven experience in Transactional Quality management.
• Experience within the BPO / BPM industry.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule in a hybrid setup at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
