Continuous Improvement Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manages all activities for CI and performance enhancement in site.
• Provide the Yearly CI activities execution plan and ensures that project goals are met.
• Able to work with key business stakeholders to build a CI environment to support a change management program.
• To lead and facilitate LEAN and process improvement-based CI workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate with CI regional and corporate team for the Continuous Improvement activities execution.
• Consult with key business stakeholders for the CI activities carry on.
• Work closely with all management to create the continuous improvement culture.
• Provide leadership and motivation to site personnel to implement Lean Manufacturing.
• Conduct a Kaizen Events and Workshops including monitoring and sustain the specific change program.
• Deliver performance results that directly contribute to site and corporate site performance.
• Others that assigned by immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Educational Requirements may vary by Geography
• At least 8 years’ experience in Lean manufacturing and operational discipline environmental
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing,7 waste
• Knowledge of production operations and operator responsibilities
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem resolution skills, organization skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple, changing deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge in P&L, OEE, Inventory turn, engineering, business, SCM, organization design, operational and quality processes
• Strong project management skills
