Global Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager drives initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and service quality. The role identifies recurring issues and opportunities, prioritizes improvement initiatives, analyzes root causes, and tracks the impact of implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the continuous improvement pipeline based on business impact and effort.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recurring issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate problem-solving activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and controls.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and benefits of improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with technology teams on implementation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives across teams and ensure agreed actions are properly tracked and completed.
• Prepare performance updates and improvement reports for management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement
• Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with KPI management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Exposure to process automation, RPA, process mining, or digital transformation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives is preferred.

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Continuous Improvement: 8 years (Preferred)
