Continuous Improvement Manager

·         Lead the execution of the Indolakto Excellent Model framework across operations.

·         Drive operational improvements in cost, quality, safety, and delivery.

·         Align manufacturing processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.

·         Ensure the implementation of reapplication management to maximize benefits.

·         Identify and implement Lean, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), DMAIC methodologies.

·         Develop and implement CI strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This involves creating a roadmap for process improvements across manufacturing operations.

·         Identify the opportunity of reducing waste and resources optimization (people, machines, materials).

·         Identify the opportunity of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement and reduce downtime.

·         Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.

·         Lead CI projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
