What You Will Do

• Identify operational inefficiencies and root causes across Mass Market processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, cost, and manual intervention
• Translate strategic and commercial priorities into clear operational execution requirements
• Enable operational readiness for campaigns, initiatives, and business changes
• Monitor operational performance against agreed SLAs and service commitments
• Analyse service trends and performance drivers to improve stability and predictability
• Act as the central escalation point for operational issues impacting execution and customer outcomes
• Facilitate structured cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making
• Resolve escalations with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Assess operational capacity requirements aligned to distribution demand and work volumes
• Analyse workload trends, utilisation, and pressure points within operational teams
• Consolidate operational and delivery data into decision ready insights
• Provide end to end visibility of execution performance across the Mass Market value chain
• Track milestones, dependencies, and outcomes for operational initiatives and improvements
• Monitor progress against execution plans and flag risks or delays proactively
