Continuous Improvement Staff

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency within our garment manufacturing facility. This role focuses on continuous improvement: analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes, improving productivity, reducing waste, and ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.

Job Description:

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead or participate in CI projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Collaborate with production managers to develop and execute production plans that meet efficiency targets.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends/opportunities for improvement and provide insights to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in an Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement role, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of IE & CI principles, including time and motion studies, line balancing, and lean manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
