This Technical Support Representative opportunity does not require previous BPO or call center experience. You'll receive paid training starting Day 1 to help you learn the systems, account processes, and troubleshooting procedures you'll use on the job.

What You'll Do

You'll assist customers who need help with technical, service, or account-related concerns. Your role will involve understanding the issue, guiding customers through possible solutions, and documenting concerns accurately.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with technical and service-related concerns
• Troubleshooting device, software, connectivity, and account issues
• Providing step-by-step solutions and guidance
• Identifying and documenting technical issues accurately
• Assisting with basic account and service requests
• Guiding customers through troubleshooting procedures
• Escalating complex technical concerns when needed
• Following technical support procedures and service standards
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
