Role & responsibilities
Required Technical Skills:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in service management, continuous improvement, operations, or a related analytical role.
- ServiceNow knowledge is required, CIM module knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience with KPI reporting, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis
- Strong writen and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
