Contract Admin

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the QS/Contract team in preparing tender and project documents.
• Help compile quotations and cost comparison from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support preparation of progress claims and project documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of contract documents and project records.
• Assist in basic data entry, report preparation, and document tracking.
• Provide administrative support to the project and contract team.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
• Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without construction-related experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior administrative experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of construction or interior fit-out projects is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
