From luxury multi-storey apartments to major commercial and infrastructure works, we’re recruiting for five contracts and commercial roles with organisations that have secured strong long-term pipelines in the region.

The Roles

Contracts Manager – Developer/Builder | $220K + super
Join a private property development and construction organisation known for delivering high-quality developments. Having acquired prime sites for further iconic projects, they’re seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the commercial delivery of luxury multi-storey apartment projects, working closely with the development and project management teams.

Contracts Manager – Tier 2 Builder | $250K + super
Take commercial leadership on a portfolio of apartment and commercial projects with a well-established Tier 2 contractor that has a strong order book across South East Queensland.

Senior Contract Administrator – High-Rise Residential | $150K – $180K + super
Manage the full contract administration function on a high-rise apartment project, from subcontract procurement through to final account.

Contract Administrator – Tier 1 Builder | $140K + super
Step onto a major commercial infrastructure project with a Tier 1 construction firm, an excellent opportunity to build your career on a landmark Gold Coast project.

Procurement & Contracts Manager – Client-Side Infrastructure | $140K + super
Represent the client on a significant infrastructure build, leading procurement and contract management. Government contract experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities vary by role and seniority, but will typically include:

• Procuring, establishing and administering subcontracts and supply agreements, including negotiations and variation management
• Assessing contractor claims and preparing payment schedules
• Preparing accurate, timely monthly project and cost reports
• Managing commercial and financial activities to meet OH&S, time, cost and quality objectives
• Ensuring commercial administration complies with company policies and procedures
• Supporting the project management team in project delivery
• Document control of construction drawings

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar)
• Recent experience in a comparable role on D&C projects of $20M+
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong numerical and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering to time and budget
• For the client-side role: demonstrated experience with Government contracts
