As a Contract Administrator - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our legal team within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee vendor relationships and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve overall legal department performance.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining legal operations processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Implementing technology solutions to support legal team operations and decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize legal department performance
• Overseeing vendor relationships to maintain service quality and compliance
• Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within the legal team
• Managing legal technology tools, including Onit Legal Software and Solutions, to improve workflow
• Conducting research analysis to support litigation and compliance efforts
• Engaging in project management to drive process improvement initiatives
• Supporting change management efforts to adapt to evolving legal and regulatory environments
• Applying AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance legal operations and outcomes

What You Must Have

• At least a Graduate or the post graduate degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
