Role**: Contract Administrator
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: Up to $200k + Super

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process and subcontract award negotiations.
• Oversee monthly progress claims and variations for subcontractors.
• Perform detailed cost reporting and financial forecasting for the project.
• Ensure all contractual documentation complies with project specifications.
• Support the Project Manager with budget management and final accounts.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the building sector.
• Local WA experience is favourable
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and procurement strategies.
• Proficiency in construction-specific financial and project software.
• Excellent negotiation skills and high-level attention to detail.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar.
