Contract Administrator

Our client is a well known large scale commercial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for decades working across both New Build and Fit Out projects to $30m in value.  Due to increased projects and internal promotions they are seeking to add 2 x Contract Administrators to the team.

As a Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for all letting of contracts, negotiations and variations, RFI’s and providing monthly cost reports. You will report directly to the Director of the business.

Key to this role is that individuals have to be interested in working within a close knit team but still managing complex projects where you will gain considerable exposure to all parts of the commercial process.

Candidates sought who have 1 to 3 years experience working for a commercial builder. Both New Build and Fit Out experience ideally but not essential.

You will ideally have tertiary qualifications in Construction Management and or similar and be seeking a role that will provide ongoing career development.
