A well-established commercial builder and fit-out specialist is looking for a Contract Administrator to join their growing Brisbane team.

Operating across Queensland and New South Wales, they deliver a range of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, typically valued between $200k and $20m.

The Role:
You'll be working alongside Project Managers, Site Managers and the commercial team, taking ownership of the contract administration across multiple fitout and refurbishment projects.

• Managing subcontractor procurement and letting packages
• Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
• Contract administration and project documentation
• Assisting with forecasting and commercial management
• Working closely with project delivery teams to ensure projects remain on programme and budget

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial fitout or refurbishment projects
• Experience delivering projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction contracts
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team
