Contract Administrator

We're looking for a detail-focused Contract Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration of our commercial contracts. You'll make sure agreements are accurate, properly executed, tracked, and complied with across their full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and format contracts, variations and renewals using approved templates
• Maintain the contract register, including key dates, obligations, renewals and expiries
• Coordinate review and sign-off with internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
• Track deliverables, milestones and compliance with contract terms
• Flag risks, non-standard clauses or issues to management or legal advisers
• Manage contract records, filing and version control
• Support invoicing, payment checks and reconciliation against contract terms
• Prepare reports on contract status, upcoming renewals and spend

About you

• 2+ years' experience in contract administration, procurement or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and good written communication
• Sound understanding of commercial contract terms (legal training not required)
• Organised, able to manage several agreements and deadlines at once
• Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; contract management software is a plus

Pay: $81,800.00 – $102,000.00 per year
