Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete trade procurement, scope preparation, and sub-contractor lettings
• Manage high-value concrete, formwork, and structural trade packages on site
• Track project budgets, cost forecasts, variations, and progress claims
• Administer head contracts and manage ongoing sub-contractor financial accounts
• Handle RFIs, design variations, and technical query resolution with consultants

What You'll Bring:

• Proven track record as a Contract Administrator working on major commercial projects
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Strong background managing structural, concrete and construction scopes
• High-level commercial acumen, budget tracking and contract administration skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities and sub-contractor management capability
• In-depth understanding of local WA building standards, codes and contracts
