What they need

We are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a privately owned construction business delivering turnkey residential building solutions across Western Australia.

With an award-winning range of innovative solutions, this organisation designs, manufactures and delivers residential homes in as little as 15 weeks. Continued growth has created the need for a Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of projects from contract award through to completion.

Based in Bellevue, this role will require regional travel two days per week, with a company vehicle or car allowance provided. Working closely with the Project Managers and senior leadership team, you will gain exposure across contract administration, project coordination and process improvement, with clear opportunities to develop your career within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts across multiple residential construction projects from commencement through to completion.
  • Support Project Managers with project coordination, scheduling and reporting.
  • Coordinate Shire approvals and service connections.
  • Maintain accurate records for contracts, subcontractors, suppliers and project activity.
  • Monitor project delivery against contractual requirements, timelines and budgets.
  • Review and improve contract administration processes, systems and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Project Administrator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts, variations and project financials.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Willingness to travel to Northam two days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction business with a strong company culture, a supportive team environment and genuine career progression. With a Bellevue base, a company vehicle or car allowance, and exposure to a range of residential construction projects, this role offers an opportunity to build your experience and develop a long-term career within the business.
