The job:

• Own contracts from award to completion: subcontracts, variations, EOTs, claims
• Run progress claims, payments and cost reporting in Jobpac
• Keep documentation airtight and deadlines under control
• Keep clients, consultants, subbies and PMs aligned

You’ll thrive if you have:

• Minimum 3 years in commercial construction
• Hands-on Jobpac experience
• A sharp commercial eye and the confidence to flag risk early
• Clear, direct communication
• Calm when multiple projects hit deadlines at once
