Contract Administrator

Contract Administrator position is available with a leading Construction Group with projects ranging from $30m - $100m.

This builder continues to secure new work and is looking to add to their team. The projects undertaken by the business covers the range of the commercial-industrial spectrum on larger scale developments. They are offering long term work with a positive outlook in place and further opportunities identified.

This role involves the full range of Contract Administration duties across head and subcontract matters. Crucial to your success in the role will be your ability to not only carry out the CA duties but to do so in a manner that is more effective & efficient than others without getting bogged down in detail. This will include the timely letting of contracts and all subsequect cost reporting and post contract commercial matters across head and sub-contracts.

To suit this role you will have experience on projects of $20m plus and have a well developed sense of commercial acumen. Your results oriented approach and ability to work with senior project members will see you fit within a successful site team.

Remuneration will depend on experience but strong performers will be recognised - $150k - $220k neg on relevance to the role.
