Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Growth Enablement team!

As we continue to grow through new infusion centers, physician practices, acquisitions, and other exciting initiatives, we need a detail-driven professional who can keep our contracting processes organized, accurate, and moving forward.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important function, collaborate with teams across the organization, and make a meaningful contribution to our continued growth.

What You'll Do

Own the Contract Lifecycle — Coordinate contracts from initial request through review, approvals, signatures, execution, and ongoing administration.

Connect the Right People — Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Growth Enablement, and external partners to keep agreements moving.

Manage the Details — Track contract terms, redlines, approvals, versions, deadlines, renewals, and obligations with exceptional accuracy.

Support Our Growth — Help coordinate contracts for new infusion centers, physician practices, acquisitions, and other business expansion initiatives.

Keep Everything Organized — Maintain accurate contract repositories, documentation, reporting, and tracking systems.

• Stay Ahead of Deadlines — Monitor renewals, termination provisions, contractual commitments, insurance requirements, and important filing dates.
• ️ Make Processes Better — Identify opportunities to streamline contracting workflows, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency.

️ Support Corporate Compliance — Coordinate administrative relationships with insurance providers, registered agents, and outside legal counsel.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, demonstrates exceptional follow-through, and enjoys being the person others can count on to keep things organized and moving.

You'll bring:

✅ 5+ years of contract administration or contract management experience.

✅ Experience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, financial services, or insurance.

✅ Strong knowledge of contract terms, approvals, renewals, documentation, and obligation tracking.

✅ Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

✅ Confidence working with leaders, legal counsel, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

✅ Experience using contract management systems, electronic signature platforms, spreadsheets, and document repositories.

• Experience supporting healthcare acquisitions, new locations, physician practices, or pharmacy operations is a plus!

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
