Contract Administrator | Oline Construction

Oline Construction, backed by Goldenrod Companies, is hiring a Contract Administrator/Insurance Administrator to support our growing pipeline.

This role is highly contract and insurance focused — ideal for someone who understands construction agreements, risk, and insurance compliance, endorsements, renewals and wants to play a key role in protecting and supporting project execution.

What You’ll Do (Contract-Focused)

• Draft, review, and manage subcontracts, vendor agreements, and project contracts
• Ensure contracts align with company standards, scope, and risk requirements
• Track and manage insurance, bonding, and compliance documentation
• Review and support change orders, pay apps, and contract modifications
• Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate contractual risk
• Maintain accurate contract records from execution through closeout

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction contracts administration (GC or subcontractor)
• Strong understanding of contract language, risk, and compliance
• Ability to read and interpret legal and project documents
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
