Your new role

Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

• Procurement and subcontract letting
• Contract administration and negotiations
• Processing claims, variations and EOTs
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Budget management and cost control
• Managing subcontractor relationships
• Assisting Project Managers and Commercial Managers
• Mentoring junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

Junior CA

• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related qualification
• 1-3 years' construction experience
• Strong attention to detail and desire to learn

Intermediate CA

• 3-7 years' CA experience
• Demonstrated experience administering subcontract packages
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills

Senior CA

• Proven experience on projects exceeding $100M
• Advanced contract administration and cost management skills
• Ability to manage commercial outcomes and mentor others
