An opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a growing WA-owned steel frame supplier/subcontractor, working closely with established builders and businesses across Perth.

This is a varied role with exposure across residential, commercial, modular and mining projects. You’ll be coordinating steel frame projects from order through to delivery, working with different clients and internal teams along the way.

The role

• Manage contract administration and project coordination
• Liaise directly with residential and commercial builders
• Coordinate steel frame orders, documentation and project requirements
• Work closely with production and internal teams to keep projects moving
• Manage variations, queries and issues throughout the project
• Coordinate multiple projects across different sectors and clients

Who we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in construction / Contract Administration
• Residential builder, supplier or subcontractor background
• Experience working directly with residential builders
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and documentation
• Confident managing projects, orders, variations and client queries
