Contract Administrators & Site Engineers

The Opportunity

Integrity Talent Partners is partnering with a number of Tier 2 Head Contractors delivering commercial and residential projects across Canberra.

We have multiple positions open at both Contract Administrator and Site Engineer level, across new build and refurbishment work ranging from $10m through to $100m+. The pipeline spans commercial fitout and new build through to medium and high density residential, so whether your background is commercial, residential, or a mix of both, there is a project here to suit.

The Roles

1. Contract Administrator (Intermediate to Senior)
2. Site Engineer (Junior to Senior)

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a relevant trade background
• Commercial, residential, or mixed-use backgrounds all considered
• Strong commercial acumen for CA roles, or strong technical and quality focus for Site Engineer roles
• Confident communicator across trades, consultants, and clients
• Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheops, or similar construction platforms
• Current White Card and relevant ACT tickets
• Australian citizenship or the right to work in Australia
