Our Group Contracts Team supports Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland and Romania. We're looking for a new colleague in Warsaw who loves detail, enjoys working with people and knows how to keep things running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

• Read client framework agreements and turn them into new contract templates
• Send out contracts and agreements daily (and hunt down those signatures 😉)
• Correct, update and adjust agreements and templates
• Keep our systems accurate and our documents archived
• Work closely with Legal/Compliance and support account managers
• Be the go-to person for consultants, suppliers and clients on contract questions and internal systems
• Write clear procedures so knowledge is shared across the team

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 2+ years of experience working with details in documents and databases
• Communicate professionally in Polish, English and Danish or Norwegian
• Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Are organised, disciplined and good at prioritising
• Are service-minded, proactive and result-oriented
