Contract & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Contract & Client Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The role will coordinate between Sales, Legal, Accounting and Management, ensuring that all client contracts, payments and documentation are properly tracked and followed through.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client information between Sales, Legal and Accounting.

Manage and track contracts through signing and completion.

Maintain accurate client files and records.

Track payment schedules, payments and outstanding balances.

Collect and forward payment confirmations to Accounting.

Follow up on pending contracts, signatures, documents and payments.

Maintain a complete client history and ensure all information is up to date.

Provide regular updates to Management on outstanding matters.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

Strong mathematical and numerical skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience in administration, operations, contract management or a similar role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

Fluency in Greek and English.
