Contract & Tender Supervisor

Key responsibilities

1. Preparing, reviewing and managing tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with client specifications.
2. Coordinating the tender submission process, including compilation of technical and financial proposals.
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of contract strategies aligned with project objectives.
4. Administering and monitoring contract performance, ensuring all parties meet their contractual obligations.
5. Maintaining comprehensive contract records and documentation, including amendments and variations.
6. Liaising between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective contract communication and dispute resolution.
7. Tracking contract milestones, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
8. Supporting the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
9. Preparing contract reports and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and relevant regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contract management or tender administration within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement procedures and tender processes.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Indonesian, English and Mandarin.
5. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple contracts and tender projects simultaneously
8. Experience in Handle Factory Project.
