(Contract) Assistant Manager, HR Shared Services & C&B

• Responsible for compensation and benefits operations including but not limited to payroll, staff movement, MPF administration, leave management, tax reporting and handling staff enquires;
• Assist in handling on-boarding and offboarding processes, such as conducting final payment calculation and preparation;
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records in HRIS database and personal files;
• Prepare periodic management reports and analyses;
• Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in HR operations, preferably in banking, finance or sizable organizations
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong employment legislation and HR regulations
• Solid HRIS (Workday, MRC) experience is preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task, handle multiple deadlines and to consistently produce work of a high quality
• Well organized, highly attentive to details and good problem-solving skills
• Good time management, self-motivated and reliable
