A leading biotech company is hiring a Contracts Associate to support a high-volume contracting function within an in-house Legal team. Great fit for someone detail-oriented who wants hands-on exposure to commercial agreements and contract lifecycle management.
What you’ll do
- Draft/negotiate agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, change orders) using templates/playbooks
- Track contracts end-to-end in a CLM/procurement system
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders to drive timely execution
- Ensure compliance with contracting policies; escalate issues as needed
What we’re looking for
- Strong organization, proofreading, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- MS Office proficiency; quick to learn new systems
- Contract admin/Legal studies background a plus (law firm or in-house exposure helpful)
