Contract Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice in employment litigation, personal injury, and business matters in Valencia, California in Los Angeles County.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation
• Represent clients in state and federal court.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
• Conduct depositions and negotiate settlements.
• Manage cases in compliance with court deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2–5 years of attorney experience in a law office setting.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Wage and hour defense experience preferred.
• Federal court and appellate experience preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
