Contract Attorney

LHH is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join a growing Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance practice. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in building a long-term career in healthcare law, regulatory compliance, and healthcare policy.

Prior healthcare law experience is preferred but not required. The firm offers extensive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience to help you develop specialized expertise in this growing practice area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft written analyses
• Assist with healthcare regulatory and compliance matters
• Review contracts and healthcare-related agreements
• Support matters involving HIPAA, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, and regulatory enforcement
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in Florida
• 2-6 years of legal experience
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Interest in healthcare law, policy, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
