About The Role We are seeking an Azure Support Analyst with experience managing Azure infrastructure and supporting applications in Azure-hosted environments. The role involves infrastructure automation, application deployment and support, Windows administration, security patching, and database administration. The candidate will work with tools such as Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, and SQL Server .

Job Description The role focuses on managing and supporting Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments. The analyst will edit and maintain Terraform code, work with GitHub, and use Ansible for software installation and automation.

The position also includes application support for the ROM eo application , including deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of application components and supporting software. Responsibilities extend to Windows administration, security patching, SQL Server administration, and database backup activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure.
• Edit and maintain Terraform code and support infrastructure automation.
• Use GitHub and Ansible for code management and software installation automation.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and support ROM eo application components in Azure-hosted environments.
• Perform Windows administration and security patching activities.
• Support SQL Server administration, DBA activities, and database backups.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application-related issues.
• Support security, software, and hardware-related operational activities.
