Contract Coordinator

We are looking for a Contract Coordinator to support project and accounting activities for a Contract position based in Oregon, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with prior business or accounting experience who can learn quickly and stay organized in a fast-moving construction environment. The position will partner with project teams, subcontractors, payroll, and accounting to keep documentation accurate, payments on schedule, and project records up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice workflows for subcontractors, including review, entry, and follow-up to support timely payment processing.

• Assign appropriate cost codes and project phases to invoices so expenses are recorded accurately for job costing purposes.

• Maintain coordination of project documents across field operations, accounting, payroll, and external subcontractor partners.

• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to project managers and operational teams to help keep projects moving efficiently.

• Previous experience in accounting, business support, contract administration, or a similar office-based role.

• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing procedures.

• Ability to perform accurate data entry and manage detailed records with a high level of organization.
