Contract E-Commerce Officer (Oct - Dec 2026)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle eShop customer enquiries via hotline and email in line with service standards.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to promote Christmas hampers and party sets, follow up on enquiries, and provide regular updates on sales progress.
• Support routine eShop operations, including product photography, Shopify product updates, data entry, and administrative work.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or e-commerce.
• Comfortable making outbound calls; detail-oriented with good communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
