Plant Maintenance

Job Description

1. Monitor energy consumption trends and investigate abnormal utility usage and prepare annual utilities budgeting based on production forecasts
2. Maintain and update ISO 9001 documentation in accordance with document control requirements
3. Coordinate vendor briefings, technical evaluations, interviews, contractor selection and manage contractor performance and contractual compliance throughout the contract period
4. Manage maintenance service contracts for Air compressors, Air dryers, Passenger and service lifts.

Requirement

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Preferable with 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, utilities management, or manufacturing facilities
3. Knowledge of electrical systems, utilities, facility management, ISO 9001, and environmental compliance
4. Familiarity with budgeting and tendering
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
6. Chinese speaking personal to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage

Engineering

Job Description

1. Troubleshoot machine, equipment, process, and product problems.
2. Find the root cause of issues and take corrective actions.
3. Support equipment maintenance, installation, improvement, and engineering projects.
4. Improve productivity, quality, safety, and equipment reliability.
5. Work with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to solve technical issues.
6. Prepare technical reports and analyze equipment performance.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience in a engineering or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
3. Basic knowledge of machines, equipment, processes, and engineering principles.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external parties.
5. Chinese speaking personal to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage
