Contract Engineer

• Draft and negotiate contract terms with stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential contractual liabilities and mitigate risks proactively.
• Liaise with project teams to align contract deliverables with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Review and analyze incoming contract proposals, providing expert recommendations to optimize terms for the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications like PMP or CIPS are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, particularly in construction, engineering, or procurement.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts with a deep understanding of legal terminology.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or French is highly desirable.
