Contracts Engineer – Job Description | Hashim Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Industry: Building Construction
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in construction contracts.
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, and claims.
- Review contract terms, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate variation orders, EOT claims, and payment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, QS, and project teams.
- Monitor contractual obligations, project costs, and commercial matters.
- Maintain proper contract records and correspondence.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts, FIDIC, claims, and variation procedures.
Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
