Established in Year 2000, Four Seasons Landscape Sdn. Bhd. is a Landscape Construction Company managed by a team of qualified personnel who have passion in implementation of soft and hard landscaping.

Four Seasons Landscape has worked with many Top Architects and Developers. We pride ourselves on being the team for the construction and maintenance of Lepironia Gardens project at Setia Eco Glades in Cyberjaya; winning the Top Prize at the Malaysia Landscape Architecture Awards (MLAA) 2015.

The Lepironia Gardens Project has won Project of the Year and Excellence Award under the “Parks & The City” category by The Institute Of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM).

Junior Quantity Surveyor / Contract Executive

• Responsible for tender preparation & submission
• Responsible for taking off quantities, getting quotation and pricing, linking and compilation of tender document*.*
• Responsible for administration of contract & sub-contracts documentation
• Obtaining quotations, liasing & negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers
• Prepare variation orders, progress claim, final accounts, settlement & subcontractor payment

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent
• 2 years related experience in construction site is required
• Candidate with experience in landscape construction will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem -solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet deadlines
• Computer Skills : MS Office, MS Word & Autocad
