Contract Executive

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and compile Tender/Contract document
• Perform quantity take-off and measure project data accurately
• To attend site valuation & meeting
• Preparing progress claim to clients/ Main-Contractors
• Verifying sub-contractors claims and preparing the valuation certificate
• Assist in Contract negotiation and settlement
• Prepare cost variations, final accounts and other relevant reports
• Liaise with the Client’s Quantity Surveyor or Contract Personnel
• Conduct contract reviews and analysis
• Support in resolving contract disputes and claims
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
• Assist in subcontract and supplier evaluation
• Participate in contract closeout activities (final inspections, warranty reviews, settlement of outstanding payments, etc)
• Any other task assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Building Technology / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract administration for foundation or building project, and familiar with PAM/FIDIC contract, etc
• Familiar with pricing for building projects in Sabah and Sarawak would be an advantage.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to travel outstation, including Sabah and Sarawak, based on project needs
