What you'll be doing?

• Administer contracts: Engage in pre and post contract activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Survey operations: Handle quantity surveying tasks, including Bill of Quantities and cost analysis.
• Tender preparations: Prepare and compile documents for tender submissions.
• Procurement: Source and negotiate prices for sub-contracts and materials.
• Project administration: Manage documentation for main and sub-contracts, including progress claims and final accounts.
• Cash flow management: Monitor budgets and conduct cost control and value engineering.
• Communication: Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of contracting or quantity surveying experience.
• Language proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English, essential for effective communication. Must be proficient in speaking Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with clients.
• Skills: Computer literate, fast learner, team player, able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
• Mobility: Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required.
