CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities

• Execute cost and contract related matters for pre-contract and post-contract phases
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders and final claims
• Evaluate and certify sub-contractor claims and prepare final accounts
• Call for quotations, review, evaluate and negotiate for awarding of sub-contracts
• Perform quantity take-offs for material orders and submit claims
• Certify supplier and sub-contractor claims and prepare final accounts
• Prepare cost estimations for tenders, quotations and variation orders
• Assist in monitoring execution of cost plans and project budgets
• Liaise with clients and consultants on contractual matters, progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final accounts
• Liaise with relevant parties to settle issues arising during contract execution

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in relevant position.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
• Positive attitude with good inter-personal communication skills
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently and accomplish task within deadlines
• Positive working attitude, discipline, aggressive and proactive.
• Knowledge of construction contracts
• Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Auto-Cad
• Able to start Immediately will be prioritize.
