DUE TO OUR EXPANSION PLAN, WE ARE SEEKING FOR SUITABLE CANDIDATES FOR THE POSITIONS AS BELOW:-

Contract Executive – Sabah (KK)

(SALARY NEGOTIABLE)

Responsibilities:

· To prepare of details estimates and Bills of Quantities of Project Costing.

· To prepare & perform quantity taking off, valuation, variation orders and final account

· To responsible in tender/contracts review, drafting agreements, preparing tender and contracts documents.

· Able to evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, BQ & cost estimation, follow up of projects, handle claim and payment for the project.

· Monitor budget and keep track of direct costs on projects.

· Able to liaise with client, consultant, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

· Working experience in quantity surveying firm is an added advantage.

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

· At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Good team player with ability to work independently, resourceful and work well under pressure.
