Contract Executive

• To assist the Contracts Manager to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Familiar with tender exercise in main Contractor's environment
• To handle pre-contract administrative works - preparation and compilation of tender documents for submission
• To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• To produce or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project measure and value the work done on site.
• To liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
• To select and/or source construction materials.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructed by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
• Preferably with more than 2 year(s) of experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Fresh graduated encourage to apply
• Preferably those with experience in pre-qualification exercise, tender bids and preparing quotations.
• Able to take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates and budgets.
• Has basic knowledge in contractual matters.
