CONTRACT EXECUTIVE

About the role

This role involves preparing and submitting monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor, preparing Letters of Award and Interim Certificates for subcontractors, and assisting in Quantity Surveying and contract administration works. You will monitor project and construction site progress, liaise with site personnel, and attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other parties as required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the Main Contractor and follow up on interim certificates and payment status
• Prepare Letters of Award (LOA) and Interim Certificates for subcontractors
• Assist in Quantity Surveying (QS) and contract administration works
• Monitor project and construction site progress and liaise closely with site personnel
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required deadlines
• Attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other parties when required
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
• Willing to attend site meetings and project-related meetings when required
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
