Contract Executive

Working Hours: 9:30 am-6:30 pm (MON-FRI)

Location: Setia Walk, Puchong

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Contract Executive to join our interior design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders and other project-related documents.
• Review tender documents, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, purchases and payment progress.
• Prepare and manage variation orders, progress claims and final accounts.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Maintain accurate contract, cost and project documentation.
• Identify potential contractual or commercial risks and raise them promptly.
• Ensure projects comply with agreed contractual terms and company procedures.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field.

• Relevant experience in interior design, renovation, fit-out or construction is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with quotations, budgeting, progress claims and variation orders is an advantage.

• Strong numerical, negotiation and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple projects.

• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
