Contract Executive/Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor/Contract Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage project costs and help ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measurement & Taking Off - Calculating quantities and comparing measurements from drawings, BQ, specifications, etc. to support cost estimation, tendering, and project planning.
• Estimate & Manage Costs – Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment; monitor expenses throughout the project.
• Contract & Tender Preparation – Develop tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities with input from clients and architects.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management – Hire, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project budgets and schedules.
• Project Coordination – Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Progress Valuation & Payment – Track completed work, manage contractual claims, and arrange timely payments to contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in quantity surveying tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadlines when required.
