Accountabilities:

As a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment engagements, ensuring that each search is strategically planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with client expectations. You will manage candidate relationships, maintain accurate recruiting records, and communicate progress and potential challenges proactively.

Lead recruitment intake discussions to clarify role requirements, business context, essential and preferred qualifications, success profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines.

Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle recruitment assignments from intake through placement, delivering defined recruitment services for fractional engagements.

Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, applicant databases, direct outreach, and other relevant channels.
