Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site Windstorm Mitigation, Four-Point, and Roof Certification inspections.
• Utilize proprietary software to collect data and generate fast, accurate reports compliant with state regulations.
• Manage optimized daily route schedules efficiently.

Job Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Active Florida DBPR Home Inspector License
• 3+ years of home inspection experience
• Wind Mitigation certification (InterNACHI or equivalent)
• Level 2 Criminal Background Check, fingerprinting, and drug test
• Valid FL Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Proof of Workers’ Compensation insurance or exemption (we can assist)
• Inspection tools (ladder, tape measure, camera pole, smartphone, laptop/tablet)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance inspection or construction background
• Prior My Safe Florida Home program experience
• Active Google Workspace account (for scheduling integration)
